You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment with no charge.
Failure to notify me within 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) scheduled.
No call, no show results in a 100% charge of the service(s) scheduled and will require payment to make any future bookings.
